Morning Breath!?

Ok i brush my teeth and floss i but every morning i wake up with morning breath, i dont drink nor smoke and dont have any dental problems, so any sugestions? i just wanna wake up and kiss my partner!
Answer:
Make sure that when you are flossing, you get BELOW the gum line by %26quot;buffing%26quot; the side of each tooth in a C-shape with a gentle up and down motion. (Don't floss like you are shining shoes.) Floss before you brush so that you can brush away the debris left over from flossing.
Invest in a tongue scraper. You can find them at any pharmacy or supermarket.
Follow your routine with mouthwash such as Listerine. Since Listerine has antimicrobial properties, it will help slow the growth of bacteria over night.
If this routine does not work (give it a week or two) you may want to switch toothpaste and mouth wash brands. BreathRx is a brand that promotes fresh breath by discouraging the growth bacteria that produces sulfur smelling byproducts.
This kit comes with toothpaste, tongue scraper, and mouth rinse. before you could only get this at your dentists, but it is now available in pharmacies an online.
You can order from their website as well
http://www.breathrx.com
You can't stop it...
Morning Breath SUCKS! but I believe it has something to do with your body cleaning it self. So no one can avoid it.
Sounds strange but I use plastic spoons from wendy's as tounge scrapers. That's the only way to truly get rid of the stuff that causes bad breath. Your tounge gets coated with bacteria and crap and if you have never used a tounge scraper, you will be surprised. Keep one in your bathroom cabinet or drawer and scrape away. Don't use a metal one though and rinse it thouroughly when done.
yea i have the same problem. it just wont go! i just have gum by my bed and in my hangbag! gum is my bestfriend!
try using some mouthwash at night and in the morning too. happy sleeping!
Everyone wakes up with morning breath, while you are sleeping you are not producing as much saliva which allows bacteria to form which causes morning breath. Keep some mints by your pillow so you can kiss your partner before you have to floss and brush you teeth.
morning breath what i know has to be with the liver
if you suffer from heartburn or gastritis thtas is the problem or if you eat too late in the night. mostly when you eat meat and suffer from heartburn that makes tehe gases to stay and cause morning breath, consult with a doctor for pills and it will be solve.
