My filling has fallen out and it hurts like hell?

what can i do to help it tried paracetemal and ibrofren the dentist isnt open till tuesday i think
Answer:
Mouth wash. Keep the tooth as clean as possible. If you have any 'cloves' in your herb cupboard, take one of these and place it inside the mouth next to the tooth. If you have powdered 'cloves' rub a little of this around the gum next to the tooth with the hole.If you cannot get to the dentist and you have a supermarket open near you now, get some oil of cloves. This will ease pain.
Cocodomol is best, still going to hurt though.
goto your local accident and emergency unit, the have dentists there as well... its free..but thats the NHS for you
use some desensitizing toothpaste like sensoform. Ibrofren is a good choice for pain relief...
Try Nurofen Plus which is Ibuprofen and Codeine. Its really good for pain relief.Try resting your face where the pain is on a hot water bottle, that might temporarily ease the pain a little, and make an emergency appointment to see your dentist tomorrow.
clove oil from phamacy maybe tesco,s off the shelf. works a treat
Oh sweetie that sucks! Makes my teeth cringe thinking of it!
There should be an emergency dentist near you. If you haven't already ring your dentist they may have the number on their answer phone!
If all else fails Ring, (don't attend) your local A %26 E they may have the number!
Hope this helps :)Clive's advise is really good if you find mines pants! :)T
ouch poor you
When this happened to me -------
As a temporary measure ,
i put some chewing gum into the hole for pain relief
. it worked well
as long as the gum remained in place
so chew some fresh ready,
( chew on the good side LOL)
and replace it falls out again Be sure to see the dentist on Tuesday
before infection sets in all the best
take two panadol # no more#
every four hours, if you need to . %26gt;^,,^%26lt;
Well it's Tuesday tomorrow, phone them first thing and tell them how much pain your'e in.
