My gums bleed when i brush my mouth wats up with that?

Answer:
I am going to take a stab at the reason and say it is gingivitis.
Gingivitis is the inflammation or infection of the gums caused by buildup. There are two kinds of buildup, soft sticky plaque (and when that hardens) that turns into tartar, which is hard like cement. If you haven't had a cleaning you should see your dentist or hygienist for a checkup, xrays (if needed) and a cleaning. During the cleaning the plaque and tartar will be removed. Although you can remove plaque at home flossing and with brushing 2-3 times a day the tartar cannot be removed by you because it is too hard and often inaccessible. You must get rid of this infection or it can evolve into periodontal disease, which is when the bone surrounding your teeth begins to breakdown. Dental (mouth) health is directly related to a healthy body...Hope that helps!

do you brush at least every night?i floss 3 times a week and my gums bleed because i think i don't do it enough.
Your probably brushing too hard. Get a soft/ medium bristle brush and brush in circular motions. Also try a mouth rinse (crest) that helps strengthen your gums and teeth. All else fails see you dentist.
You have the early stages of gum disease. Use a gentle brush, brush at least twice a day, floss every day, and see a dentist to get a cleaning.
Simple ,your gums are unhealthy. Most often as a result of improper cleaning brushing and flossing.First thing you may need to do is to go to dentist and get scaling done and subsequently get into the habit of flossing for sure followed by brushing. Do consult a good dentist. I was like you. wish yo all the best!
This site will give you a possible 5-6 reasons for this : Good Luck !
