Mouth problems - visible veins, transparent skin?

The inside of my mouth is getting rather worrying, I have no pain in my mouth or throat but I have had a red throat for a while, I also have dark veins appearing inside my mouth. My dentist said it is because the skin in there is kind of transparent. What could cause this?
Answer:
Either you are just getting older or you are like my daughter and just have weak gums. A periodontist can tell you if there is something you can do about. With my daughter if you wiggle her cheek the gums of her teeth move. She has had some soft tissue grafts and needs more.but we have to wait for her jaw to stabilize and a ton of other crap!
It
s normal
