My daughters permanent teeth grew in before the baby teeth fell out!?

What kind of dental issues can I expect in her future?
Answer:
You should be OK. Not seeing them in person makes it a little difficult to tell. It is a good thing that her baby teeth have stayed in so long. The baby teeth actually help provide a good %26quot;pathway%26quot; for the adult teeth to grow into. Making adult teeth straighter and less likely to move and shift. If the baby teeth are still in, behind or in front of the adult teeth, you can take her to a Dentist and have those teeth extracted, relatively pain free, or at least much easier than wiggling until it eventually comes out. The Dentist can also evaluate her while she is there as well, making sure that there are no supernumerary (Extra) teeth that are growing in. When adult teeth are growing in on top of baby ones, it can make it a little difficult to ascertain whether this is the case, since it isn't too easy to just count them. Good luck, and make sure the tooth fairy gives her a little something extra for being a good girl at the dentist! ;-)
That is normal. Nothing to worry.
Quite normal. The baby teeth eventually get forced out, and the action of the tongue pressing against the new teeth straightens them up over time.
My daughter is doing the same thing now. She's five and her first permanent tooth is growing behind her front lower baby tooth, and it doesn't seem like a good position.I'm hoping it will adjust.Good luck :)
just wait and see
my daughter is going through that now, she has baby and permanent teeth in the same gaps, i wanna rip out the baby ones but they arnt even wobbly, ive just gotto wait and see too, good luck
THIS IS NORMAL, EVENTUALLY THE BABY WILL FALL. LATER ON THE WORSE CASE SHE WOULD HAS TO USE BRACES.
